Matcha Ice Cream. Pure Matcha ice cream. We spent too long picking out the best matcha to make our matcha ice cream. It's been in the works for years! There were a lot of 'no ways' and when we found this one I pretty much cried. I hope you cry too, but in a good way.
Matcha — $10
Monster Cookie Ice Cream. Peanut butter ice cream with fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and fudge sauce ripple. A light peanut butter salted oat cream ice cream. We bake trays and trays for miles and miles of chocolate chip with a little bit of cookie to hold it together. Fudge sauce is made on stove top, cooled, and layered thick.

Peanut Butter Pretzel Ice Cream. Peanut butter ice cream with twice baked mini pretzels. A light and ultra creamy peanut butter ice cream churned after 24 hours of aging. Mini pretzels are cute, and twice baked and salted. The pretzels are soft but firm in the ice cream. It's kinda good, i recommend.

Praline Snickerdoodle Ice Cream. Cinnamon ice cream with house made candied walnuts and snickerdoodle swirl. Ice cream aged overnight with sprinkles of cinnamon sugar and vanilla pods. Walnuts are candied and heavily layered.

Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream. Local pumpkin is roasted in house with cinnamon and brown sugar. Blended into our oat cream base with ginger and nutmeg. It's sweet and spiced, perfect for Fall.

Pure Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. Pure, rich, and sweet oat cream vanilla. Simply enjoy straight from the pint or pair with any dessert. Our vanilla bean pods are added to the ice cream mix and aged overnight for intensified flavour. And that ultra creamy taste.

Raspberry Ripple Cake Ice Cream. Vanilla ice cream with layers of raspberry jam ripple and lemon cake. Raspberry jam is made on stove top, seeds are blended and any extras filtered. Tart raspberry jam pairs well in ice cream. Lemon sponge cake baked per batch.

Rocky Road Fudge Brownie Ice Cream. Chocolate ice cream with vanilla marshmallow puffs and dark chocolate fudge brownies. This is my favourite chocolate ice cream with dutch processed cocoa for the best flavour of chocolate. Brownies baked from scratch just hours before being made into pints of ice cream. Marshmallows are vegan.

Rum Raisin Ice Cream. Vanilla bean ice cream with caramel raisin pie filling made in house. Sweet and salty. This is an oldie but also a goodie. If you love raisin pie and ice cream, this is where they meet. Catch me laying in the park under a tree with rum raisin.

Salted Pistachio Ice Cream. Deep nutty pistachio ice cream. Pistachios are roasted and salted, ground into a creamy pistachio butter. Layered into our classic oat cream base.

Strawberry Ice Cream. Creamy and sweet strawberry ice cream. Strawberries sourced in season locally, some blended fresh and other roasted then blended into our oat cream base. Aged overnight and churned next day.
